Ordering Process

How are your garments sized?

Our collection is designed with a relaxed fit for comfort and versatility. If you select your regular size you can expect it to be loosely fitting.

How long will it take to despatch my order?

The vast majority of our collection is made to order to reduce, excess stock and our manufacturing footprint on the environment.

It can take us up to 5 days to make your order. Although it may take a little longer to receive your order, you will know it has been produced with kindness.

If you need a product quickly for a special event please get in touch and we will try our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Why do you make your products to order?

Every year clothing brands destroy thousands of tons of new and unsold clothing, which is having a disastrous impact on the environment. In order to reduce wastage and increase sustainability we hand dye the majority of our garments in house. This means we limit our stock, wastage and impact on the environment and it gives us the unique opportunity to offer an extensive range of colour options. 

Do you make custom sizes or products?

As we produce the vast majority of our collection in house it means we have ability to make some custom sizing adjustments. Please get in touch with us to discuss your requirements and we will do our best to help.

Shipping & Returns

Can I collect from your Margate store?

All our products are available for free pick up from store. As the majority of our collection is made to order to reduce waste it will take up to 5 days for your order to be ready.

Select Pick Up at checkout. You will receive a confirmation when your order is ready to collect.

We will hold your goods for 14 days from order, any orders not collected after this time will be cancelled and refunded to your original payment method.

What is your shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order.

All UK orders are despatched with Royal Mail. There is the option of Royal Mail 24 and 48. All our orders are sent tracking. All our orders are shipped in compostable bags.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world. We use Royal Mail and other major couriers to ensure the best delivery option for each region.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It depends on where you are and the delivery method you select. Orders within the UK will take 1-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 6-7 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

There are times when our carriers experience slight delays in shipping which is out of our control.

Do you offer a repair or re-dye service?

REPAIRS

By eschewing seasons and trends our whole aim is to deliver you a garment that will last, for us sustainability is about buying pieces that you will wear for a very long time and in order to achieve this we are happy to offer free repairs on garments when the damage is caused by were and tear. Either bring the item to the store or contact us via the “contact us” tab online and we can get you on your way.

RE-DYE

As all our garments are small batch garment dyed in house we are able to offer our customers a “re-dye” service on the cotton drill items. For a processing fee of £10 we will either re-dye your garment in the original colour if they start to feel jaded or stained, or if it is a light colour we can over dye to an alternative colour incase you fancy a change, though you will have to either bring into store or cover postage.

How do I return an item?

Whilst we do everything we can to ensure that our product is the very best it can be and we hope you will love it, we understand that sometimes things don’t look like you had hoped (we have all been there). If you love the garment but it doesn’t fit you quite right drop us a line, there may be something that we can do to resolve it so you end up with a garment that you adore but if you are not feeling the love then you have 14 days to return the garment to us, any returns after that can only be accepted with our discretion.
